Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The trust established under the plan to hold the Plan's assets is qualified pursuant to the appropriate section of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and, accordingly, the trust's net investment income is exempt from income taxes. The Plan has obtained a favorable determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), but has since been amended. However, the plan administrator believes that the Plan is currently designed and being operated in compliance with the applicable requirements of the IRC. Therefore, they believe that the Plan is qualified and the related trust is tax-exempt as of the financial statement dates. Accordingly, no provision for income taxes has been included in the Plan's financial statements. The Trust is exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(9) of the IRC. Accordingly, no provisions for income taxes have been made in these financial statements. The Plan has adopted FASB ASC 740-10 relating to accounting for uncertain tax positions. ASC 740-10 prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement process for accounting for uncertain tax positions and also provides guidance on various related matters such as derecognition, interest, penalties, and disclosures required. The Plan does not have any entity level uncertain tax positions. The Plan files Form 990, Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax, and is no longer subject to U.S. Federal tax examinations by tax authorities for years before 2010.

Accordingly, no provision for income taxes has been included in the Plan's financial statements. The Trust is exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(9) of the IRC. Accordingly, no provisions for income taxes have been made in these financial statements. The Plan has adopted FASB ASC 740-10 relating to accounting for uncertain tax positions. ASC 740-10 prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement process for accounting for uncertain tax positions and also provides guidance on various related matters such as derecognition, interest, penalties, and disclosures required. The Plan does not have any entity level uncertain tax positions. The Plan files Form 990, Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax, and is no longer subject to U.S. Federal tax examinations by tax authorities for years before 2010.
