Amended return infomation	The pursuit of a conviction of a disqualified person for numereous excess benefit transactions was in the beginning stages of the trial proceedings and not expected to be completed durng the year when the original Form 990-EZ was filed earlier this year. The disqualified person pled guilty and was adjudicated quilty guilty to a felony of grand theft in the second degree. The return was amended to accurately reflect the excess benefit transactions.
