What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE MISSION OF THE CCSAA IS TO SUPPORT THE NON MOTORIZED SNOW-RELATED SPORTS COMMUNITIES AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC WHO MAKE USE OF THEM BY PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, SEMINARS, SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE. THE ASSOCIATION'S PURPOSES ARE TO PROMOTE THE GROWTH AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF XC SKIING.
