What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE HOUSE BOARD IS A VOLUNTEER GROUP THAT SUPPORTS THE UNDERGRADUATE CHAPTER OF THE THETA CHI FRATERNITY AT CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, CHICO BY ADMINISTERING ALL OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF THE THETA CHI FRATERNITY HOUSE.
