Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder	The members of the Local are workers within the graphic communications industry in St. Louis and surrounding communities in Missouri and Illinois. Members are classified as follows: active, active (open shop), out of work,officers, and honorary life.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body	Nominations of the Local Officers shall be opened at the Regular Meeting in October prior to the term expiration and closed at the Regular Meeting in November. Nominations may be made either from the floor or may be made by mail direct to the Local.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7b: Describe Decisions of Governing Body Approval by Members or Shareholders	Proposed amendments to By-Laws shall be read and voted upon at the next regular or special membership meeting. A two-thirds vote of members voting shall be required for adoption (by secret ballot).
