Explanation:
This return is late because I am totally responsible. I failed to file the form on a timely basis and just plain forgot. In the interim I moved twice and things became a little overwhelming for this 82 year old volunteer. If there is a fine to be assessed, I will have to pay the fine from my own pocket because the organization is slowly going downhill due to the membership age and cannot afford any fine. Most of our members are in their 70's and 80's. I will accept whatever ruling may be made because I am the person at fault. The organization has never had a tax liability and I doubt that it ever will have such. This is one of the reasons that this filing was easy to forget.
