What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The primary purpose of the organization is to provide cash benefits to a beneficiary upon the member's death.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The organization paid benefit to 15 members' beneficiaries upon the death of the members to assist with funeral or other expenses for a total of $94,000. Four of the beneficiaries received $7,000 and the other eleven received $6,000.00. The benefit amount was reduced to $6,000 on February 25, 2013 based on the number of members.
