What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? TO PROMOTE THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF ALL BUILDING TRADES UNIONS AND TO FOSTER AND DEVELOP THE ORGANIZATION OF BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION TRADES.
