28 DONATED TO MIDWEST PARTNERSHIP (A 501(C)(3) CORPORATION) TO HELP THEM WITH THE EXPENSES. THEY PROVIDE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVICES TO OUR COMMUNITY.THE CORPORATION OWNS A COMMERCIAL BUILDING WHICH HAS HOUSED A WHOLESALER FOR PART OF THE YEAR. THERE IS RENT INCOME RECEIVED AND THE LESSEE REIMBURSES THE CORPORATION FOR UTILITIES. THE CORPORATION PAYS THE INSURANCE, PROPERTY TAXES, AND UPKEEP. THE BUILDING WAS VACANT IN OCTOBER 2011.DONATED TO THE NEW HOMESTEAD NURSING HOME (A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION) TO ASSIST IN THEIR BUILDING PROJECT OF A NEW NURSING HOME FACILITY.DONATED TO THE GUTHRIE COUNTY HEALTH CARE FOUNDATION (A 501(c)(3) CORPORATION) TO ASSIST IN THEIR BUILDING PROJECTS AT THE GUTHRIE COUNTY HOSPITAL.DONATED TO THE CITY OF GUTHRIE CENTER FOR THE FINAL PLEDGE CONTRIBUTION FOR THE AQUATIC CENTER.DONATED TO THE CITY GOLF COURSE TO HELP DEFRAY SOME UPKEEP COSTS.
