Identifier Return Reference Explanation
I 1a The First Lady of the University often travels with the President for University business. She serves as exectuive director of the Samfords Legacy League, an Auxiliary volunteer organization that promotes advocacy for the University and raises scholarship funds. She also serves on the Deans Executive Council for the Universitys School of Education, utilizing her Masters and Doctorate degrees in education and coordinates or participates in certain international programs requiring travel.
I 1a The University provides a residence for the Presidents use. The President and First Lady frequently host a significant number of individuals in their home.
I 1a The University provides social club dues and fees to three of its officers and key employees. The clubs are used to host University events with personal use considered de minimus.
I 1a Housekeeping services at the Presidents home are provided by a housekeeper who is an employee of the University. These services are considered necessary given the number of University events held at the Presidents home and the fact that all areas, including personal quarters, are open and available for viewing during these events.
I 8 Two individuals received performance-based bonuses during the year. Amounts paid were set in the agreement signed by both parties within their initial contract or a renewal.
