FIN 48 DISCLOSURE		Income taxes The Corporation is exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(25) of the Internal Revenue Code, except for income taxes on "unrelated business income," if any. The Corporation did not have any unrelated business income for the years ending June 30, 2013 and 2012. Accordingly, no provision for income taxes has been included in the accompanying financial statements. The Corporation is required to file and does file tax returns with the IRS and state agencies. For the years ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, the Corporation did not identify any uncertain tax positions that qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. The Organization's Forms 990, Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax, for the years ending 2009, 2010 and 2011 are subject to examination by the IRS, generally for three years after they were filed.
