Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Organization is comprised of Members. Active Members in the Organization must be a financially responsible person, firm, or corporation engaged in the business of owning or operating poster advertising or painted display advertising plants in the State of South Carolina, and maintain a certain level of billboards as stated in the Organzations By-Laws. Associate Members of the Organization may be elected by a majority vote of the Board of Directors or of the members in convention assembled, upon nomination and recommendation of at least two 2 active members. Associate Membership may be granted to any person, corporation, association or organization of good character in any way connected with or interested in the development of outdoor advertising except an operator of an outdoor advertising plant. Associate Members shall be entitiled to all priviledges of active members, except they shall not have the right to vote or hold office.
