Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4	The Credit Union changed its name from Munising Community to Upper Michigan Community Credit Union on March 31, 2014 and merged in Trenary COOP Federal Credit Union on April 1, 2014.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Credit Union has a single class of members with equal rights of ownership, governance and voting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The Board of Directors hold elections at the Annual Business Meeting. Each Board member is elected for a three year term.
