What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Provide training and guidance to Sub-Districts to help them achieve their goals of community service. Types community service provided are eye care including eyeglass recycling center purchase of eyeglasses for those who cannot afford the cost; assistance in food bank programs diabetics awareness programs; aid to the elderly such as building wheel chair ramps; home maintenance for the elderly; scholarship programs; etc.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
