  Miscellaneous Bayou Rifles, Inc. leases land from the U.S. Corp of Engineers. It is stipulated in the contract that all land must be reverted back to its' original form. This means all structures and facilities must be removed. Also, a major future expenditure will be incurred to remove lead and earthern berms. It is estimated that this cost could be over $1,000,000. Therefore, annual excess is being accumulated to prepare for this future expenditure. Another fund is being developed for future land purchase.
