| Changes to Organizing or Governing Documents | The 2013 bylaw amendments were approved by the membership to improve the efficiency of our leadership and members, and to provide ample opportunity for members to be involved in the leadership of our association.The substantive bylaw changes are:*Article II, Section 1, b: Redefined description of branch members.*Article II, Section 14: Include verbiage stating "Written ballots may be sent to members by mail, fax, electronic mail, or such other form of computer communication whereby members either directly or indirectly receive notice."*Article II, Section 16: Removed from bylaws. Eliminates voting by proxy.*Article II, Section 17, a - d: Removed from bylaws. Eliminates voting by proxy.*Article III, Section 2, a - f: Redefined description of Board of Directors composition and tenure.*Article IV, Section 4: Changed title of Vice President to President Elect.*Article IV, Section 7: Redefined section to include Administrator and contract services.*Article IV, Section 8: Changed cash accounting to accrual accounting. |
