	The Post ministers to all Veterans by visiting Veterans in hospitals, nursing homes, and other similar facilities, both Post Members and Non-Members. The Post also contributes financial and non-financial assistance to Disabled Veterans and Non-Disabled Veterans in need, both Members and Non-Members. Post Members visit local cemeteries and place U. S. Flags on the graves of Veterans each Memorial Day and Veteran's Day. The Post supports the American Legion's Boys State and Girls State programs, which are designed to educate and train future leaders. The Post sponsors young people from its community to attend these programs.
