Recipients acknowledge they have read the policy, identify any areas of conflict and return the signed disclosure form to the DAV Auxiliary Executive Director. Responses are reviewed and conflicts are identified. Conflicts are referred to the National Executive Committee for discussion and approval as appropriate. |

A certain dollar amount is left in the budget by the National Finance Committee for raises to the DAV Auxiliary staff. The raises of the DAV Auxiliary staff are determined by the Executive Director/National Adjutant, in compliance with the procedure stated in the DAV Auxiliary bylaws. The raises and bonuses are approved by the DAV human resources department. DAV Auxiliary follows the ranges and guidelines for staff provided by DAV. |
