What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO ORGANIZE, FUND, PROMOTE AND MANAGE A SINGLE ANNUAL, AMATEUR TENNIS TOURNAMENT IN LAFAYETTE, LOUISIANA TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INTERACTION AND FELLOWSHIP AMONG INDIVIDUAL MEMBER PARTICIPANTS AND THEIR SPOUSES WHOSE MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY IS RESTRICTED TO A COMMON INDUSTRY.

28 THE ORGANIZATION ORGANIZED, PROMOTED AND MANAGED A SINGLE ANNUAL, AMATEUR TENNIS TOURNAMENT IN LAFAYETTE, LOUISIANA FOR THE PLEASURE, RECREATION AND FELLOWSHIP OF ITS PARTICIPANTS. PARTICIPATION IN THE TOURNAMENT IS RESTRICTED TO ONLY THOSE INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR SPOUSES WHO DERIVE AT LEAST 50% OF THEIR ANNUAL INCOME FROM THE OIL, NATURAL GAS AND RELATED ENERGY SERVICE INDUSTRIES. ANNUAL PARTICIPATION RANGES FROM 500 TO 600 PLAYERS AND IS CONDUCTED OVER THE COURSE OF THREE (3) DAYS TYPICALLY ON THE FIRST WEEKEND OF OCTOBER.
