What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? We provide quality educational services and networking opportunities for our members, with a focus on providing value, wisdom, and information in a professional environment that is free of malice and competition among the members. We further exist to support the community and be an advocate and resource for our industry. We will exceed expectations through continuous improvement.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Monthly Meetings - These include a keynote speaker delivering a presentation over lunch on a topic that is particular to the construction industry or relevant to financial managers, as well as networking events. The meal is included in the price of admission or dues. Topics during the year included Professional Employer Organizations, An Update on P3 Delivery in Texas, Margin Tax Update, New Threats and Trends in Bank Account Fraud and How to Defend Against Them, The Total Cost of Fleet Ownership Rolling CCIP's -- Best Practices, and Develop a Winning Health Plan Strategy: Conquer Health Care Reform through Risk Pool Management, among others.

29 Educational Classes - Educational seminars held four to six times a year with a focus on obtaining continuing professional education credit or on review for the certification test to become a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional.
