IT ALSO PROMOTES PRESERVATION, REHABILIATION, AND REUSE OF THE COMMERCIAL, CIVIC, AND RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS ON THE BUSINESS DISTRICT.

SMSA PARTNERED WITH THE CITY OF SANDUSKY TO HIRE A CONSULTING FIRM TO CONDUCT A LONG TERM DOWNTOWN PARKING MASTER PLAN. THIS PLAN WILL PROVIDE THE NECESSARY FRAMEWORK TO ADDRESS THE PARKING INFRASTRUCTURE AS WE CONTINUE TO REVITALIZE AND RENOVATE THE VACANT BUILDINGS AS WELL AS THE UPPER FLOORS OF THE DOWNTOWN BUILDING INVENTORY.

THIS WOULD MAKE THE PROPERTY MORE ATTRACTIVE TO DEVELOPERS THAT WOULD NOT HAVE TO INCUR THESE EXPENSES PRIOR TO REVITALIZATION.
