Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 2	Broward Frier president and Patricia Frier secretary are married. However Patrcia does not vote in any of the boards decisions. She handles the bookkeeping and secretarial duties only.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The organizaton has dues paying members only. Dues must be currrent in order to considered a member and to participate in the annual meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7 a, b	The governing oard is elected each year by the members at the annual meeting. All members dues must be current. Non board mebers can atend any of the board meetings. The governing board is subject to oversite by the members and do report to the members thru out the year.
