EACH YEAR BOARD MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN THE ANNUAL CERTIFICATION OF ETHICAL CONDUCT, CONFLICT OF INTEREST AND COMPENSATION POLICIES. ALL MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER WITH THE UTMOST INTEGRITY AND DISCLOSE ANY CONFLICT OF INTEREST. The CEO of NJACP will be reviewed by THE Board of Directors, including a review of accomplishments submitted by the CEO and individual written board member performance appraisals.
