A seperate study is conducted in relation to the salary of the CEO. These studies were most recently conducted in 2011. The study is presented by the consultant and reviewed by management and the Board of Directors and is used to create the salary increase matrix. All employees receive an annual performance evaluation which is completed by the employees supervisor. If appropriate, employees receive an increase in pay determined by the results of the evaluation and according to the percentages provided in the salary increase matrix. The performance of the CEO is evaluated by the Board of Directors. The Board reviews the evluation with the CEO and approves any change in CEO compensation. |
