What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? We provide and maintain a recreational area for the 230 lot and home owners. This includes a lake, beach, bath house, playground, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball, fishing, boating, fish stocking. We also maintain 0.3 mile of road. Our yearly homeowners dues goes towards the upkeep, improvement, and maintenance.
