What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Preservation of Rural Iowa Alliance is a 501(c)6nonprofit organization formed to assist landowners,tenants, families, businesses, and communitymembers in stopping the proposed Rock IslandClean Line high voltage transmission line in Iowa. TheAlliance is opposed to the use of eminent domain byRICL for the proposed line.
