	The Association preserves and maintains 34 miles of roads, lakes, a dam, a clubhouse with a restaurant, boat docks, a bait shop, campground, and playground. The Association consists of 4,006 lots. Approximately 1,800 lot owners are voting members of the Association. The Association has approximately 2,200 non-voting associate members, who do not own property within the Association, but pay an annual fee to use the amenities on the property.

Management duties delegation Part VI line 3	The Board contracted with Elite Property Management Services of Indiana, Inc to perform accounting and management oversight services. The Board was still involved in day-to-day decisions in regards to the Association's affairs.
