Delegates representing each affiliated local union will be represented by 1 delegate for its first 100 members or less, and one additional delegate for each additional 100 members or a majority fraction thereof, but in no event to exceed ten.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body	The supreme governing body of the Organization shall be a meeting of the Regional delegates.
