Pt VI, Line 6 Charleroi Co-Op has members, both regular and social, but it does not
Pt VI, Line 6 have any stock holders. Its membership varies from year to year,
Pt VI, Line 6 usually between 575 and 675 members. Only its regular members
Pt VI, Line 6 can vote (social members cannot vote). All of its officers
Pt VI, Line 6 are regular members.
Pt VI, Line 7a All of Charleroi Co-Op's officers (members of its governing body) are
Pt VI, Line 7a elected by secret ballot by its members and the person receiving
Pt VI, Line 7a the majority of the votes will be declared elected for a one year term.
