The Board has language within its by-laws and has created a "memo of understanding" that is periodically disseminated to Board Members listing "best practices" for Board Members. The document and by-laws include discussions of conflict-of-interest issues. No business transactions between Board Members negatively impact the Chamber or its stated mission of advancing local commerce. |
