The Migration and Immigration Services program includes the Migration and Refugee Services ("MRS") program, the English Language Program ("ELP") program, and the Immigration Services program. The MRS program consists of reception and placement services, cultural orientation, refugee cash assistance, case management, preventive health screening with medical follow up, health education, employment services including training opportunities, and social services. The ELP program consists of teaching basic, intermediate, and advanced English language classes, work skills, and citizenship preparation in both classroom and state-of-the-art computer lab setting. The Immigration program provides low-cost legal immigration assistance and representation, including assistance with employment authorizations, asylum applications, legal permanent residency, family petitions, citizenship, and temporary protective status. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2014, the MRS program received and assisted approximately 1,747 persons, the ELP program provided approximately 117,659 hours of instruction, and the Immigration program provided legal assistance to approximately 1,200 persons.
FORM 990, PART III - PROGRAM SERVICE, LINE 4B
The Food Services program includes the Meals on Wheels ("MOW") program, the St. Vincent Lied Dining Facility ("Lied Dining"), and the Hands of Hope Community Food Pantry ("Food Pantry"). The MOW program helps fight hunger and improve nutrition by delivering fresh, balanced, and nutritious meals to isolated homebound seniors. The MOW daily deliveries provide a lifeline for wellbeing and independence, including wellness checks, case management, individualized nutrition interventions, as well as pet food for client companions. The Lied Dining Facility is committed to reducing food insecurity and fighting hunger among the homeless and needy, malnourished, low-and no-income adults and children in our community. The Lied Dining Facility serves a free, nutritional, and balanced meal to men, women, and children every day of the year in a clean and safe environment, while not missing a meal since 1965. The Food Pantry program is committed to reducing food insecurity to help a vulnerable population, by bridging the hunger gap for low-income and under employed individuals. The Food Pantry offers fresh food choices at no cost in a grocery store setting, serving those in need with compassion and dignity. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2014, the MOW program delivered approximately 500,000 meals to an average of 1,400 homebound seniors every week, the Lied Dining Facility served approximately 375,000 meals, averaging greater than 1,000 per day, and the Food Pantry provided approximately 2,000,000 pounds of food while serving approximately 7,500 clients monthly.

The Family Services program includes the Women, Infants, and Children ("WIC") program, the Homeless to Home program, and the Adoption Services program. The WIC program is committed to providing quality nutrition services and improving the health of all eligible nutritionally at-risk women, infants, and children. The Homeless to Home program helps to end the cycle of homelessness and to gain self-sufficiency through employment. The program provides case management to assist with housing, food, clothing, and job training. The Adoption Services program serves children and families with the lifelong journey of adoption, while providing case management and support for both birth and adoptive families. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2014, The WIC program serviced approximately 7,400 families each month, the Homeless to Home program assisted approximately 200 families, and the Adoption Services program placed approximately 25 infants.
