Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The Association is exempt from federal and state income taxes under Section 501(c)(12) of the Internal Revenue Code. However, income from certain activites not directly related to the Association's tax-exempt purposes is subject to taxation as unrelated business income. There was no tax liability for the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2012. The Association is subject to routine audits by taxing juristictions; there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. Management believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years prior to Decemmber 31, 2010.
