Explanation:

During March of 2013 we were notified that as of July 2013 our premises were to be condemn under eminent domain for the purpose of constructing a light rail project. We filed for and received an extension to 10/31/2013. At that time we moved our records and documents to a storage facility along with equipment and other items. During the move some records were lost and some were subsequently damaged during a break in at the facility. To add to our burden we also entered into litigation with the MTA that just concluded 12/15/2014. We've managed to reconstruct most of the information as you see here. We are asking that the penalties and late filing fees be set aside if possible. Thank you for your consideration.
