THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ADOPTED AMENDED BYLAWS ON SEPTEMBER 19, 2013, WHICH REPLACED THE PREVIOUS CODE OF REGULATIONS. LISTED BELOW ARE THE MATERIAL CHANGES MADE: PURPOSES OF THE CORPORATION: THE PURPOSES OF THIS CORPORATION ARE TO EDUCATE K-12 STUDENTS ABOUT WORKFORCE READINESS, ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND FINANCIAL LITERACY THROUGH EXPERIENTIAL, HANDS-ON PROGRAMS, AND TO IMPLEMENT PROGRAMS TO HELP PREPARE YOUNG PEOPLE FOR THE REAL WORLD BY SHOWING THEM HOW TO GENERATE WEALTH AND EFFECTIVELY MANAGE IT, CREATE JOBS WHICH MAKE THEIR COMMUNITIES MORE ROBUST, AND APPLY ENTREPRENEURIAL THINKING TO THE WORKPLACE.
