THE PRESIDENT AND CEO THEN REVIEWED THE FORM WITH THE FINANCE COMMITTEE WHICH REPORTED ITS APPROVAL TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WHO WERE PROVIDED WITH AN ELECTRONIC LINK TO THE APPROVED FORM BEFORE FILING.
