MEETINGS HELD BY THE GOVERNING BODY	FORM 990, PART VI, LINE 8A Meeting minutes of all quarterly meetings of the Pension Committee of the MLB Players Welfare Plan are prepared and approved; copies of all meeting minutes are stored at the Plan Administration Office. No other meetings are held by a governing body.
REVIEW OF FORM 990	FORM 990, PART VI, LINE 11 The completed form 990 is reviewed by the Plan Administration Office and sent to the Pension Committee and co-counsel for the Pension Committee for additional review prior to the signing of the form 990 by two members of the Pension Committee.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY/WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY	FORM 990, PART VI, LINES 12 & 13 Conflict of Interest and whistleblower policies are consistent with the ERISA prohibited transaction and fiduciary provisions.
DOCUMENTATION RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION POLICY	FORM 990, PART VI, LINE 14 No written policy is in place. However, no documents are destroyed and all documents are stored on site for two years and then sent to secured, off-site storage.
