Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The association is composed of producer and associate (agribusiness) members who pay annual dues to obtain membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Producer members whose dues are current have the ability to nominate and elect the Board of Directors. The producer members also approve proposed resolutions which govern the association's stance on policy issues.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Election of the Board of Directors of the association and approval of the association's Resolutions are reserved to the membership of the association.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	A copy of the IRS Form 990 is provided via email to the Board of Directors for their review prior to filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The Board of Directors reviews any potential conflicts annually or as they arise during the year.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Board of Directors annually reviews and approves the compensation package for the association's executive director. Officers are not compensated.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The association's policy resolutions are published annually in its member magazine. Governing documents, financial statements and conflict of interest policy are available to the general public upon request. The IRS Form 990 is available on Guidestar.com.
