Therefore Artbeat has no reportable compensation where Mr. Shaw is concerned since the compensation paid to Mr. Shaw was paid by and reported by Black Points FEIN 90-0572187, for the calendar year 12/31/14. Therefore, there is no compensation reported on Part VII, Section A, Line 8 nor Sch J for Mr. Shaw.

Once we hired an auditor, we needed to create an audit committee.After reviewing many models, we decided to have our finance committee, serve as the audit committe as they were the board members most capable of tracking the audit process and responding to recommendations.
