To provide for the plowing and removal of snow from public sidewalks and streets. To provide for the cleaning of streets, catch basins, public sidewalks, and for the repair and maintenance of storm sewers and appurtenant drainage facilities. To provide for the maintenance of the entranceway signage, tennis courts, streets, cul-de-sacs and streams within Brook Forest. To make improvements to the Community Grounds, cul-de-sacs and parkways within streets in Brook Forest and provide such other facilities and services for the express purpose of keeping Brook Forest a highly desirable and exclusive residential community.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The Association members elect a Board of Directors at regular intervals per their By-Laws.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11a	After completion by the outside accounting firm, the Property Manager and Treasurer review the Form 990 and if need be discussed with the Board of Directors before filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15a	The Association does not pay compensation to any of its Board of Directors. The participation is strictly on a voluntary basis.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15b	The Association does not pay compensation to any other persons.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The Association does make its records and financial statements available to the public. Requests need to be made via the Board of Directors and would trhen be coordinated for viewing via the Associations Property Management Company, Oak Dale Properties.
