Explanation
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b
The independent CPA firm prepare the form 990. The form will be given to each member of the Board of Directors for their review, the treasurer will be reponsible for review the form and bring to the attention of the Board or Executive Director any changes or recommendations deems appropiate beforeit is ratify and approval in the meeting of the Board of Directors.

The Executive Director notifies the Board of Directors about any changes that could conflicts.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15
The Board of Directors annually approves the proposal submitted to Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) which includes the annual salary of the Executive Director and staff of the ASPPR. It is also discussed in ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors. Salary is documented in a Personnel Action format. The Salary of the Executive Director is approved by the Board through an evaluation process, which is documented and signed by the President. In the Board meeting, during the evaluation period, the President informs about this action, which is also documented in a Personnel Action format. Most of the members of the Board are also Executive Directors of the Community Health Centers, members of the ASPPR, which discuss and analyze the budget and salary based on their experience of the PR employment market.

The general public has the right to inspect the application from for tax exemtion, annual information return, governing documents and financial statements at the organization's principal officers during regular business hours. Each information returns are available for a period of three years beginning as of the date the return is required to be filed. The general public has the right to inspect and request a copy with a reasonable and actual postal cost, if apply. Also, this information will be available in the public website that might be notify to public when they request the information. Any change in our governing documents, by laws and amendments conflict of interest policy and our unaudited and audited financial statements are disclosed in our quarterly and annual meetings. Our member and general public may participate and get knowledge about any changes, if apply.
