Form 990, Part III, Line 1, Organization's mission:
The mission of the CEO Forum is to: Develop Spiritual Statesmen among senior executives of major corporations, & through them, advance the Kingdom of God & impact the business & social cultures in their spheres of influence. Our vision: An organization that is known for building trusted relationships, stimulating spiritual growth, impacting the culture, and advancing God's Kingdom.
Form 990, Part III, Line 4a, Program service description:
The CEO Forum seeks to achieve its stated purpose by various programs. Currently, over 50 individuals participate in the mentoring program, over 50 participate in the monthly conference calls, approximately 42 members participated in a "Spiritual Institute Class" which met 2 days over 8 separate sessions, approximately 40 members attended 2 Christ Ambassador classes which met in 9 sessions, over 150 attend the annual national forums, approximately a dozen couples participate at each of the eleven regional dinners, 30 spouses attended a spouse retreat, and about 20 spouses participate in quarterly conference calls for spouses of top executives. The International Ministry for the CEO Forum has had some remarkable growth in the 2014 fiscal year. The growth has occurred in Shanghai with the development of a new forum group made up of the top Senior executives in Shanghai. In addition to the regular program in Beijing we have had a major breakthrough with the 700 largest companies in China and are developing a memorandum of understanding between their group and the CEO Forum. CEO Forum seeks to encourage and educate its members through monthly devotionals, quarterly newsletters, a members only web-site, and by attempting to visit each member in their offices at least once annually.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11
Form 990 was prepared by an independent CPA firm. The return was reviewed in detail by the Director of Operations and then sent to the Board for their review before being filed with the IRS.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c
The finance and management teams monitor all transactions. Any potential conflicts of interest identified are brought to the board's attention and the member with a conflict excuses himself from the decision making process. The remaining board members then vote to decide whether the transaction is in the best interests of the organization. Board members and officers are required to disclose potential conflicts of interest on an annual basis.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15
The independent members of the board of directors are responsible for determining compensation and benefits to provide the CEO other corporate officers. In making their decisions, comparability data is referenced including compensation and benefits provided to individuals holding similar positions, at similar organizations, in similar geographic regions. All compensation related deliberations and decisions are recorded in the board minutes.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19
The governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and finanical statements are available upon request.
Form 990, Part VII and Schedule J, Part II:
