Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder	The organization's members are businesses which are either tourism related or in support of tourism in Alaska. Amount of dues are related to the size of the business entity.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body	Board of Directors consist of nineteen (19) elected Directors and up to four (4) appointed Directors. Of the elected Directors, seats are allocated based on the location of the primary region of business operations or the primary regions where the service is provided. This is to assure a complete representation of all regions of Alaska. Directors are elected for a 3 year term, with terms staggered so that, as applicable, at least one position within a designated region is up for election in a given year. Elected Directors' terms shall commence at the conclusion of the annual meeting. Appointed Directors serve a 1 year term.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7b: Describe Decisions of Governing Body Approval by Members or Shareholders	Changes to the Articles of Incorporation must be approved by the members of the organization. If it comes to the attention that a Board Member had a conflict of interest and did not excuse themselves, the issue would be brought before the executive committee for their determination.
