THE INCUMBENT WORKER TRAINING PROGRAM PROVIDES GRANT FUNDS TO FLORIDA COMPANIES FOR SKILLS UPGRADE TRAINING OF CURRENTLY EMPLOYED WORKERS IN AN EFFORT TO KEEP THE COMPANY AND WORKERS COMPETITIVE.
