Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Sparkman Club is a voluntary HOA/club where members must live within a defined boundary to join. Members have the right to vote for board members each fall and the board members serve for 2 year terms.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	members vote for a board of directors every fall. Board members serve a 2 year term with half the board cycling out each year.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Club bylaws require that tax documents be submitted to the club vice-president for review
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Club bylaws and rules are published in the directory which is distributed to each member when they join and updated for all members every few years. In addition, minutes of the monthly BOD meetings, including bank account cash balances and over dues members are published in the monthly news letter. Finally, the annual meeting is open to all members and includes a review of the financial statements for the year. Members are allowed to ask questions of the BOD at select times during that meeting.
