Return Reference	Explanation
Part X, Line 2:	The Club has received a favorable determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service, which states that the Club is exempt under Section 501(c)(7) from federal income taxes except to the extent of its unrelated business income, for which income taxes have been provided ($4,740 in 2014 and $0 in 2013). The Club is classified as an organization that is not a private foundation under Section 509(a) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Club adopted the provisions of FASB Accounting Standards Codification Topic ASC 740-10. As of December 31, 2014 and 2013, the unrecognized tax benefit accrual was zero. The Club will recognize future accrued interest and penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits in income tax expense, if incurred. The Club is no longer subject to federal and state tax examinations by tax authorities for years before 2011.
