Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 2	Broward Friere president and Patricia Frier secretary are married. However Patricia does not vote in any of the boards decisions. She handles the bookkeeping and secretarial duties only.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The organization has dues paying members only. Dues must be current in order to be considered a member and to participate in the annual meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7 a , b	The governing board is elected each year by the members at the annual meeting. All members dues must be current. Non board members can attend any of the board meetings. The governing board is subject to oversite by the members and do report to the members thru out the year.
