Explanation:

The organization had diligently followed the correct procedures and submitted the necessary documents requesting Exempt status to the Department of the Treasury and waited for the approval and tax id number which was made final as of the date of notification August 28, 2014, and effective as of calendar year 2012. [DLN: 17053063395024] It was neither carelessness, nor willful neglect, but fully with the intent to comply as necessary with as much thoughtfulness and thoroughness, as possible toward the completion and continuity of correct filings upon the approval of the IRS. We are submitting years 2012, 2013 and 2014 no later than August 17, 2015. The officers have every intention to comply with annual filing procedures on a timely basis going forward. While the officers are fully committed and responsible for correct procedures they are themselves volunteers, and receive zero remuneration for all of their efforts. Thank you for your consideration.
