VISION: NORTH COUNTRY HEALTH SYSTEM WILL PROVIDE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY HEALTH CARE THAT IS SAFE, EFFECTIVE, PATIENT-CENTERED, TIMELY, EFFICIENT AND EQUITABLE TO THE RESIDENTS OF ORLEANS AND ESSEX COUNTIES. THEY ARE COMPENSATED FOR THEIR DUTIES IN THAT CAPACITY. CHRISTOPHER RICKMAN AND JENNIFER LADD ARE COMPENSATED AS EMPLOYEES OF NORTH COUNTRY HOSPITAL. THEY DO NOT RECEIVE ANY COMPENSATION FOR THEIR DUTIES AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEMBERS.
