SERVICES INCLUDE HOUSING, CASE MANAGEMENT, ASSISTANCE WITH OBTAINING BENEFITS AND EMPLOYMENT, BUDGETING AND PLANNING FOR PERMANENT HOUSING. THESE PROGRAMS HAVE SERVED 36 VETERANS THIS PAST YEAR. THE VETERAN PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM PROVIDES HOUSING, CASE MANAGEMENT AND OTHER SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR 18 HOUSEHOLDS COMPRISED OF 19 CHRONICALLY HOMELESS VETERANS. COMING HOME, A SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR VETERAN FAMILIES (SSVF) IS A TWO- YEAR OLD PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES RAPID RE-HOUSING FOR HOMELESS VETERANS OR EVICTION PREVENTION FOR THOSE AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS. THE PROGRAM OFFERS 90 DAYS OF CASE MANAGEMENT, FUNDS FOR HOUSING OR EVICTION PREVENTION AND OTHER SUPPORTIVE SERVICES INCLUDING ASSISTANCE OBTAINING BENEFITS, LEGAL SERVICES AND LINKAGES TO OTHER AREA SERVICES. LAST YEAR THE PROGRAM SERVED 122 HOUSEHOLDS AND 254 VETERANS. OTHER PROGRAMS INCLUDED IN HOUSING PROGRAMS INCLUDE THE INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT PROGRAM, AND HOYO/RHRP. THE IDA PROGRAM PROVIDES SAVINGS CLUBS, FINANCIAL LITERACY AND INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNTS. LAST YEAR THE PROGRAM SERVED 34 INDIVIDUALS. AN ADDITIONAL 42 PARTICIPANTS ATTENDED SPECIAL FINANCIAL LITERACY PROGRAMS. HOME OF YOUR OWN IS A SELF-HELP HOUSING PROGRAM BASED IN LOWELL, OREGON. NINE HOUSEHOLDS HAVE COMPLETED BUILDING THEIR HOMES. TWO HOMES ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION. STRENGTHENING PRESERVING AND REUNIFYING FAMILIES (SPRF) PROVIDES SUPPORT AND FINDS HOUSING FOR HOMELESS FAMILIES THAT HAVE AN OPEN CASE OR AN ASSESSMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES. LAST YEAR THE PROGRAM SERVED 14 FAMILIES WHICH INCLUDED 23 CHILDREN.

RUBY TUESDAY HELPS WOMEN RE-ENTERING THE WORK PLACE DRESS FOR SUCCESS IN INTERVIEWS AND AT WORK BY PROVIDING FREE CLOTHING AND FASHION CONSULTING. SECOND CHANCE RENTER REHAB PROVIDES CLASSES FOR CLIENTS WITH POOR RENTERS HISTORY. UPON COMPLETION OF CLASS, CLIENTS ARE PROVIDED A CERTIFICATE TO PRESENT TO PROSPECTIVE LANDLORD. LAST YEAR 77 HOUSEHOLDS AND 314 ADULTS AND CHILDREN BENEFITED FROM THE CLASSES.
