Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	IBEW Local Union 683 members elects it Business Manager and President who are automatically on the EICOLMCC Board of Trustees. The Business Manager and President selects two other union members to serve with them on the Board of Trustees. Central Ohio Chapter, NECA, inc. hires it Manager/Secretary who is automatically on the Board of Trustees. The Columbus division Chairman of Central Ohio Chapter, NECA, Inc. appoints three other representative of contractors who are members of the Columbus Division of the Central Ohio Chapter, NECA, Inc. with the approval of the chapters Board of Directors.
